Additionally, we perform small demolition projects. We provide our customers with high-quality services that they can rely on throughout the year. At Diane’s Tank Removal, we service both residential and commercial clients including homeowners, general contractors, environmental agencies, and public agencies. Our team has worked for school districts, municipalities, airports, naval bases, forest service, fish and wildlife association, and colleges. No matter what type of property you have, our team has all of the necessary tools and equipment to get the job done with accuracy and precision, backed up our expert industry knowledge. Our Approach
Most of the underground storage tank work we conduct is planned well in advance with the proper permits, Dept. of Ecology notifications, submittals and then coordinating the work with the people who are required to be on the job site. Sometimes unexpected situations occur, and a tank is found where it wasn’t supposed to be. When our team finds an unknown tank, we get the work done quick to alleviate the downtime and costs associated with having subcontractors on standby due to the tank in their way. Our team works closely to general contractors to collaborate with them on what they need in the most cost- effective timely matter.
